I'm going to achieve my goal by eating healthy, exercising daily I am very anti anorexia/ bulimia. everyone deserves to feel good in their own body and be the best version of themselves. I will keep you updated of meals, and exercise done that day!

For every goal I reach, I will reward myself with a treat, (not food).
